Wenzhou, China

So today we travelled from Shanghai to Wenzhou by train. The trains here in China are extremely comfortable and more importantly – always on time!

We’re just back from a really fun concert at The Lu Cheng Cultural Activity Centre. It was a really enjoyable show and the first time that Julian performed our commission by Elena Kats-Chernin called River’s Lament. It’s in four movements and we all thoroughly enjoy performing them. Who knows, we might even record them one day!!

I leave you with a non-KS related picture but I’m sure you’ll enjoy it nonetheless. It’s a pic of my very cute little nephew, Jack. He’s going to be a true heart-breaker when he’s older that’s for sure!!
