Hello!How is everybody??Well today is the last recording session for our GOLD album. After a very productive day yesterday in the stunning St. Michael and All Angels Church here in Oxford, we're well on course to get everything tied up today. I can't wait to hear the final product but there's a fair few notes to sing before that!After today we have a few days at home before heading to France next Tuesday. We're singing in the the Opéra de Massy and we've got a fun programme for the French audience, including one of my favourite pieces - Esti Dal by Zoltan Kodály. I remember hearing the group perform this back in 2008 and was very moved by the poise and atmosphere that The KS were able to muster, not to mention the hauntingly-beautiful solo, sung by David. A very special piece for sure...
