So here we are at Verona Airport waiting to board our flight back to London. It's been a fun few days and we've been lucky enough to see some BEAUTIFUL scenery along the way. Moreover, we've been lucky enough to sing in some great venues - the Gustav Mahler Auditorium on Sunday and then the stunning Cathedral of Brixen last night. We are truly so lucky to be able to sing in such venues and we really do love every second of it!
I'll be busy this week learning the last few pieces for our remaining concerts this term and also trying to do some exercise - our schedule over the last week has been pretty tough to try and find the time to fit it in.
As Paul counts down his last few concerts, I find myself getting more and more reflective upon my time standing next to him in the group. He is such a great colleague and I've learnt so much from him. I'm really looking forward to celebrating his time in The KS with all of his family and friends after his last show in Germany. It's going to be a very sad occasion for sure, but also one filled with excitement as he embarks on some new adventures......
