London, UK

Good afternooon everybody! I hope you are all well wherever you are in the world. You know it's only 35 days until Christmas Day!! Isn't that mad?? Can't believe it...So we took an early morning flight today from Helsinki back to London. It's hard to imagine that I won't really be taking early morning flights that often next year, or any flights for that matter. I've got bits and bobs in the diary, which will mean taking the all-familiar route to London Heathrow, but most of the time it will be with Harry and Gemma for holidays - Ireland to see my sister, brother-in-law and their kids in January and in February we're off back to New Zealand for a few weeks, too. Lots to look forward to! So a few days at home to regenerate before Münich on Saturday. That will be the last German concert for me and Chris. I'd love to know how many times we've been to Germany if you added our two tenures together - I'm sure it would reach into 4 figures! It's such a special country to perform in - the crowds are so knowledgeable and appreciative. I will miss it, that's for sure. Right, off now to the dentist to get my chipped front tooth sorted out. Many, many years ago, I chipped it on a beer bottle (!!!) and I never really thought too much about it since, but the time has come to see if anything can actually be done about it. I do spend a lot of my time smiling, so I think it's worth it!!OK, well take care all and I'll be back next Tuesday on the blog page! Toodle-oo for now...
