Kaiserslautern…and then Puglia

This time next week Liz and I are going to be in Puglia, one of my favourite parts of the world. It’s just soooo beautiful! For those who need a quick reminder of where it is, imagine Italy as a boot and Puglia is the heel. Right, now that’s out of the way, imagine the most delicious seafood, cooked fresh with the most simple recipes that focus on quality of product and style of cooking. NOM NOM NOM!!!

So, before I get too excited about a week of relaxation, Alberobello, Polignano a Mare and many more wonderful places, it’s off to Germany for four gigs in four days to finish off a really positive term of singing as a new line-up. First stop is Kaiserslautern and for any football fans of German football, you may have known about FC Kaiserslautern‘s dominance in the post-WW2 era when they won the league eleven times in twelve years!

But anyway, it’s music that’s on everyone’s lips tonight as we perform in the Fruchthalle. Looking forward to it!

Think of Liz and me next week chilling out by the pool!
