Hello Summer!

Despite the British weather currently giving its best impression of November, it’s time for us to jump in to our Summer term! Over the next three months we will be performing all around the world, ranging from the World Youth & Children’s Choir Festival in Hong Kong in July to the 60th birthday celebrations for Sir James MacMillan at the Edinburgh International Festival in August. The term also features our 2019 Summer School at Clare College, Cambridge, but more on that later…

This week, we have been recording some really exciting material and can’t wait to share more of it with you. This weekend, we will give a performance at the Festival de Froville in northern France, after which we perform at the Northern Aldborough Festival, Belfast Cathedral, Stattheater Fürth, Helmut List Hall in Graz, London’s Proms at St Jude’s festival and finally Festival Rheinvokal in Germany on 30 June. Julian is particularly excited about our concert in Belfast as it is where he was born in 1990! As ever, we hope that you can join us along the way!
