Europe in the Springtime

Hello Europe! We’re all refreshed and ready to go after a very cold month of magnificent concerts and workshops in the United States and Canada. We kick off this month with a concert on home turf as we perform at London’s Highgate School on 7 March. We then head to the mainland for concerts at the Kecskemet Spring Festival in Hungary on 11 March, Paris’ Salle Gaveau on 13 March, the Chapelle Corneille in Rouen on 14 March, the Teatro Moderno in Grosseto, Italy on 24 March and finally Berlin’s Zitadelle on 30 March.

We will also be giving two special concerts at Oxford’s Sheldonian Theatre in aid of the Kamran’s Ward for Children’s Haematology and Oncology at the city’s John Radcliffe Hospital on 27 March. For the first concert of the day, we’ll be giving the world premiere of Cecilia MacDowall’s Shadow-Makers and a new arrangement of the African song Kelele by Toby Young. We’ll also be joined for many of our classic arrangements by singers from several local schools. We’ll then present a host of our most popular arrangements alongside performers from Oxfordshire schools and the Radley Choral Society at the evening’s Gala Concert. They promise to be very special events and we can't wait!
