Our co-commissioners, The Choral Project

Our week began with two days rehearsing and performing in the beautiful Cathedral Basilica of St. Joseph with our GOLD anniversary co-commissioners, The Choral Project, conducted by Founder and Artistic Director, Daniel Hughes. They joined us for 'We Are' (a special joint arrangement by composer Bob Chilcott), 'Irish blessing' (by Daniel Hughes), a beautiful piece by Roderick Williams called 'Everyone Sang', and the co-commission piece itself. This was the fifth choir we have performed the stunning 'To Stand in this House' by Nico Muhly with, made extra special with The Choral Project named on the score. Our next joint performance is with the brilliant Distinguished Concert Singers International at Carnegie Hall on April 22, conducted by founder King's Singer, Simon Carrington.
