Spring has arrived! What a beautiful day it is today here in Ludwigshafen. After a very easy journey from Karlsruhe, courtesy of Gregory Chauffeur Services, we're preparing for our first show with the incomparable Sabine Meyer and two other wonderful musicians, Göran Söllcher on guitar and Knut Erik Sundquist on double bass. And no, he is not the Managing Editor of Millennium magazine for all you Mikael Blomqvist fans out there! He is amazing though - check out this exquisite rendition of Reverie. He makes it sound like a cello which is the highest compliment I think one can give a double bass player.So tonight we are all go with Struass Waltzes and Polkas and we hope the audience enjoy them as much as we are in resurrecting this project from a number of years ago.For those following The Great Bruerton Kitchen Project, we now have a beautifully-laid floor.
